** a) for the commencement of the operation of a Vocational Training School for Drivers of Vehicles Transporting Dangerous Goods (initial notification),
** b) prior to the intended change of the data of the initial notification of operation (notification of change), c) in case of cessation of the activity at the place where it is carried out (notification of cessation). 
*In the case of a change of operation, the notification shall be completed with the information that is changed. In the case of a change in the place where the activity is carried out, a new notification is required. 
*In the case of a change involving a change in the operator of the activity, the old and the new operator shall each make a notification of the change within 10 working days of the change. The notification shall relate only to the information concerning the operator of the activity. With the exception of the document legal documents of legal persons, all other documents issued in the name of the old entity remain valid. In cases of cessation of activity, change of entity and change of any other element, except for the change of place of activity, no fee is required. The relevant supporting documents shall be kept at the premises of the SEKOOMEE.

The minimum area (excluding the masonry) of each classroom must be 15 m2 . The capacity of each classroom shall be calculated on the basis of the ratio of 2 m2 per trainee; e) it must have a minimum total area of 60 m2, f) provide access to disabled persons, in accordance with the legislation in force, g) meet the passive fire protection requirements for the Vocational Training Schools for Drivers of Vehicles Transporting Dangerous Goods housed in buildings, which fall under the scope of the PD 41/2018 (A 80) or the PD 71/1988 (A 32), as well as the active fire protection requirements, in accordance with the legislation in force.
