|process_application_note=An application for a residence permit for investment reasons shall be submitted by electronic services (e-services) of the Ministry of Migration and Asylum. Also, a third-country citizen who fulfils the conditions for subjecting the arrangements laid down in Articles 96 to 100 may submit by means of an application for a residence permit under the above provisions, prior to his entry into the Greek territory. The application shall be submitted pursuant to an appropriate proxy document drawn up before a consulate or before a competent foreign authority or a notary who is established abroad and shall bear the marking of the Hague Stamp of the Hague Convention of 5 October 1961 (APOSTILLE) or the corresponding visa of the Greek consular authority.
