|process_remarks=The same procedure shall be used to grant authorisations for the establishment of private LNG and/or L-CNG service stations. The installation of private LNG and/or L-CNG service stations must comply with the terms and conditions relating to safety issues, and the relevant authorisations shall be granted following the submission of the required documentation in accordance with the relevant provisions (Joint Ministerial Decision 188543 (Government Gazette 3368 B 2022), Articles 9 (paragraph 8), 12, 13 and 14). 
A pure LNG and/or L-CNG service station or a mixed LNG and/or L-CNG and liquid fuels and/or CNG service station for private use is defined as an LNG service station, which the natural or legal person having the right to operate it uses to refuel a specific use and number of wheeled vehicles, as defined in the relevant provisions (Article 9 of Joint Ministerial Decision 188543 (Government Gazette 3368 B 2022)).

The application by the natural or legal person shall be submitted together with the supporting documents required in accordance with the relevant provisions. In the case of a legal person, the application shall be submitted by the legal representative as appropriate. 4. For the operating licence: The application can be submitted electronically (by email), accompanied by the required documents.

(i) In the case of a single agent, LNG: All conditions of establishment have been complied with, and all requirements of this service have been fulfilled. In the case of a mixed agent, LNG: all conditions and conditions of this service have been complied with, as well as in the case of a fuel category, of Joint Ministerial Decision No 93/067/1083/2018  (B’5661), of PD 1595/1984 and the technical elements and specifications of PD 11224/1981 or of RD 465/1970. 
(ii) All certificates of conformity of the accredited entity have been verified by the accredited entity, attestations and other documents, substantiated by the conformity of the equipment and plant with the relevant European standards, copies of which are kept in the file of the service station, and an aggregated list of which shall be submitted.
(iii) The implementation of the construction works of the pure or mixed LNG filling station was carried out in accordance with the approved plans, the study of the distribution of explosion-proof zones, the technical reports and the plans of the foundation permit and the building permit, as well as the national and European Standards, Regulations and Directives.
(iv) All the craftsmen, foremen and assistants involved, who were used for the construction of the service station, have, where provided for by the applicable, where required by law or by the relevant national or European standards and regulations in force, the necessary licences or certificates of professional registration.
