The applicant visits the Offices of the Departments of Rural Economy and Veterinary Medicine (DAOK) of the competent Regional Unit in the area where the facilities are located, or a Citizen Service Centre-Single Service Centre (KEP-EPE) and submits the Application-Solemn Declaration and all the supporting documents (in duplicate).
If the supporting documents are submitted to a KEP-EKE, they are forwarded through it to the relevant DAOK.
