Description
The interested party submits to the relevant Regional Directorate of Transport and Communications the application/ solemn declaration, filled-in and signed, about the Provision of Temporary and Occasional Services, accompanied by all the necessary evidence.
Alternatively, the declaration and the evidence may be submitted to the Citizen Service Centres (KEP) acting as Single Contact Points (EKE) and forwarded to the relevant Regional Directorate of Transport and Communications.

Description
The interested party is informed about the outcome of the application (attestation for the fulfilment of legal requirements for service provision or rejection of the application) by the relevant Regional Directorate of Transport and Communications within seven (7) days.
In case there are reasonable suspicions that the submitted documents are not authentic, the relevant Regional Authority notifies the provider in written and sets an additional deadline for the issuance of the attestation (the specific attestation does not constitute requirement for exercising the right of free provision of services, which is acquired only with the submission of written Solemn Declaration – Application for Temporary and Occasional Provision of Services, accompanied by the necessary documents on a case-by-case basis, according to article 7 of PD 38/2010).
