Notes

The electronic service may also be processed by Citizens Service Centres. In this case, certified CSC employees will log in via the CSC employee single interface (external applications) to the corresponding e-EFKA electronic service, which is available after their Public Administration Code access details have been authenticated, verifying them as certified users of the electronic service. The certified CSC employee will then enter the information required by the system in accordance with the instructions given by the natural person, who is responsible for the accuracy of the information declared to the electronic service, and the employee will then submit the application on behalf of the natural person. Before submitting the application electronically, the certified CSC employee will print out a special consent form to be signed by the applicant, in order to carry out the electronic service using their personal details.
