It is noted that since the Special Service for the Promotion and Licencing of Tourism Investments (EYPATE) is operating as an one-stop shop for all the licencing stages, the application for the issuance of the ESL is submitted at the same time with the application for environmental licencing, which includes an opinion for the adequacy of the plot and the Approval of Environmental Conditions. All necessary evidence is submitted to the Special Service for the Promotion and Licencing of Tourism Investments (EYPATE), which forwards it to the competent agencies. The opinion for the adequacy of the plot is issued by the Urban Planning Office of the Special Service for the Promotion and Licencing of Tourism Investments (EYPATE). Furthermore, the building permit for the ski centre premises is issued following an application by the interested party through the EYPATE Urban Planning Office, accompanied by the evidence required by the law (through the epermits site, after the issuance of a building permit by the Building Service of the relevant municipality).

The Head of Lift Operation must have the specialty of Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer or Mechanical-Electrical Engineer and have obtained the diploma / degree at least one decade before the application is submitted.
