The conditions laid down in Law 4611/2019 on the granting of AAEs relating to persons liable and the fulfilment of employer and individual obligations of any insurable activity must be complied with in order to be issued with a social security contributions payment certificate Where these conditions are not met, the debts in question must be paid or settled in order for an AAE to be issued.
