Objections to the decision to refuse registration in the special electoral lists of voters residing abroad shall be submitted before the Administrative Court of First Instance (Third Chamber) of the district in whose electoral roll the objector is registered and within ten (10) days of the notification to the applicant of the rejection of the application.

After the introduction of the respective codes, the voter selects an approval and dispatch, is created as a user in the application with the information recovered from the tax register and with the e-mail address that he declared and is linked as a certified user in the application. At the same time, the application sends an email to the email address declared, and the user is asked to confirm the declared e-mail address.
