The interested party submits to the Directorate for Agricultural Economy and Veterinary Medicine (DAOK) of the relevant Regional Unit or to the KEP-EKE (in print or electronic form) or through the electronic EKE (filling in a form), the pre-filled Self-declaration of notification and the proof of fee payment.

Description
The Directorate of Agricultural Economy and Veterinary Services (DAOK) of the relevant Regional Unit, or the Citizens Service Centre-Single Point of Contact (KEP-EKE), upon submission of the self-declaration of notification and payment of fee, grants the interested party a certificate of submission of notification of the establishment and operation of an undertaking, which now stands as an establishment and operation license for the undertaking to make professional use of biocidal products to combat insects and rodents in residential areas.
In addition to the name (for a natural person) or the company name and trade name, if any, as well as the name of its legal representative (for legal persons), the postal address is indicated on the certificate, under the responsibility of the interested party, as and the name of the scientist in charge.
