  • 1 116 € for the Right on Performing Chemical Works (Minimum, 29 € per hour of control, 4 hours average, without transportation costs) Payment of Chemical Tasks Execution Rights (DEXE): € 29 per testing hour. - On average 3-5 hours are required. - If the test is carried out outside the premises of the Service, actual travel expenses are added to the costs, plus the in force per diem compensation of travelling employees. Tacit approval

In case no response has been provided before the above deadline, it is considered that the application of the interested party has been implicitly accepted (tacit approval) and the licence has been issued, according to par. 4 of article 14 of Law 3844/2010 (GG 63/A/2010). The applicant, in the aforementioned case of tacit approval, may request a relevant certificate from the administrative authority responsible for issuing the act, in accordance with paragraph 4 of article 10 of 3230/2004 (Government Gazette 44/A/2004).

    Description The interested party submits an Application – Solemn declaration for the issue of a special operating licence for the production of raisin syrup, accompanied by the required supporting documents to the Protocol Office of the competent Chemical Service of the General Chemical State Laboratory (GXK) or to a KEP-EKE.

    Notes In case the application is submitted via KEP-EKE, the competent employee forwards the file to the competent Chemical Service.
