The control bodies responsible for the existence, validity and authenticity of the temporary driving licence are those responsible for checking compliance with the provisions on road traffic control. In order to carry out the check, the competent bodies acquire rights of an authorised user in the Information System, of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport. For checking validity it is necessary: either the link to confirmation of the temporary licence, the confirmation code or the QR code. The expiry date of the temporary driving licence is six (6) months after the successful qualification and behaviour test.
