Submission of Application – Solemn declaration for the issuance of a Licence for the operation of Child Countryside-Camp for children, which states, according to Article 5 "Conditions for granting a camp operating licence", that:
1. an establishment licence decision must have been issued
2. all the works that have been foreseen at the time of issue of the establishment licence, the construction of all the permanent facilities and the development of all the operating areas of the camp in general must have been completed.

In case no response has been provided before the above deadline, it is considered that the application of the interested party has been implicitly accepted (tacit approval) and the licence has been issued, according to par. 4 of article 14 of Law 3844/2010 (GG 63/A/2010). The applicant, in the aforementioned case of tacit approval, may request a relevant certificate from the administrative authority responsible for issuing the act, in accordance with paragraph 4 of article 10 of 3230/2004 (Government Gazette 44/A/2004).

According to paragraph 7 of Article 5 "Conditions for granting a camp operating licence" of the JMD Δ22/οικ.37641/1450/2016 on the staffing of the camp:
1. The staffing of the childrens camp should be ensured with the required staff in such a way that the number of executives and staff is not lower than 20% of the hosted children for camps up to 150 children.
2. For childrens camps that accommodate more than 150 children, the staff should not be less than 17% of the hosted children.
3. In camps hosting people with disabilities, extra staff shall be hired.

Time limit
According to Article 6 of the JMD Δ22/οικ.37641/1450/2016.
The operation period of the camps starts on June 1 and ends on September 30 of each year. During the above period, daily school trips are allowed for pedagogical or sports purposes, provided that no campers are accommodated at the same time. During the above camping period, it is not allowed to carry out any other activity within the camp site other than those provided for in this decision.
