Notes:
The application submitted by employers to approve the hiring of a third-country national for the provision of work under an employment relationship must be submitted via the electronic services of the Ministry of Migration and Asylum. However, until the activation of the electronic process, the application must be submitted via courier service to the one-stop service of the Directorate of Aliens and Immigration of the Decentralised Administration in which the employer is based. In particular, if a third-country national is being hired as domestic staff, the application must be submitted to the one-stop service within the geographical remit of the place of residence where the domestic services are to be provided. If a third-country national is being hired as a worker in the agricultural sector, the application must be submitted to the one-stop service within the geographical remit in which the agricultural or livestock holding in question is located, under which the employer is requesting the employment authorisation. If a third-country national is being hired as an employee in any other sector, the application must be submitted to the one-stop service, within the geographical remit in which the registered office of the hiring company is located.
The application must also indicate the number of posts, the details, and nationality of the third-country nationals to be employed, their specialisation and period of employment.
