              Description After the completion of internal administrative audits regarding the application and the submitted documents, the Audit Committee of the relevant Regional Authority Unit carries out the on-site inspection of the professional space to be established.

              Notes -In case the Audit Report has findings, an executive of the Department of Private Primary Health Care Units prepares a draft document with the findings of the Audit Report and signs it to inform the interested party. At this point in the procedure, the person concerned does not have the right to operate the aesthetics laboratory and to obtain this right he must re-submit all the supporting documents. -In case the Audit Report does not record findings, an executive of the Department of Private Primary Health Care Units prepares a draft Certificate of Commencement of Operation and sends it to the hierarchy for signature.
