Attestation by an engineer that the building conditions and obligations of the institutional framework in force are met, the conditions of the main use area, that the space is suitable for the specific use according to the Construction and Building Regulations, that the requirements of the Fire Protection Regulation are met, as well as those of the urban planning provisions in force. The engineer’s Attestation shall state in detail the data documenting the legality of the shop.
