At this point, the registration in the electoral rolls of the citizen - voter is searched with the help of some identification data. The search is done either by the Special Electoral Number, or by surname, first name (at least 2 characters), fathers name (at least 2 characters), year of birth.

Search for a voter without a VAT Number

Description
If the application concerns a voter without a VAT number, then the user selects the corresponding declaration in the Application (voter without VAT number). In this case, the user has the option to freely select the voter he/she serves in the Basic Electoral List, provided that he/she is under 30 years old, as required by law.
Notes
The search is done :
Either by filling in the Special Electoral Number (SEN) and the Surname (in full but only the first one if there is more than one).
Or by filling in the Surname (in full but only if there is more than one) the First Name and the Fathers Name (the first two letters are sufficient) and the year of birth. And in the case of the Surname, if there are two Surnames, the first name is used in the search.
The mothers name may be left blank in the search.
For the special cases of voters of unknown father, the search should be done by checking the " Without father " box.

Description
A preview of the application is given by the non-resident and the application can be printed. After successful submission and initial filing, the application will be reprinted. This time the printout includes the Protocol Number and Date. This printed copy shall be delivered to the voter.

Description
By selecting "Login with TaxisNet data" from the applications home page, the user is transferred to the page of the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE), where he/she is asked to fill in his/her credentials (TaxisNet codes), and then give his/her approval for access to the Registry data provided by the tax register of the Ministry of Finance managed by the Independent Authority for Public Revenue.
After successful identification by TaxisNet and approval for the application to access his data, the user enters the application.

The fields of the Personal Data and Elements of the Basic Electoral Roll are automatically updated through the selection Search in the Basic List. Finding personal registration and selection from the Basic List is a prerequisite for registration and submission of the Application. This search is done strictly with the data of the User Election, as returned from the ADP to the application. With the selection of the Search, it opens the search window in the Key Electoral List, with completed search fields with user data.

The user fills in his/her contact details and his/her Address of Residence. The fields "Regional Section", "Municipality" and "Municipal Unit" are lists of values from which the user should select the appropriate value. In case there is no Street and Number in the place of residence, the user can activate the option "There is no Street and Number in the place of residence," in which case these fields are left blank.

Description
In order to submit the Application, the user must indicate by ticking the relevant boxes that:
1. Accept that the application is subject to the status of a solemn declaration
2. The application is a statement that states that it is a declaration of eligibility.
3. He/she understands that: in the event that the number of forty (40) voters from the constituency in which he/she is registered is not reached in the entire electoral district of his/her place of residence, he/she will not exercise his/her right to vote as an absentee voter and will vote only in the municipality where he/she is registered in the electoral rolls.
4. He/she has been informed that: if he/she no longer wishes to exercise his/her electoral right as a non-resident, he/she will have to request himself/herself to be removed from the Special Registers of Non-resident Voters.
