In case no response has been provided within the stipulated time limit of 15 days, it is considered that the application of the interested party has been implicitly accepted (tacit approval) and the licence has been issued, according to par. 4 of article 14 of Law 3844/2010 (GG 63/A/2010). The applicant, in the aforementioned case of tacit approval, may request a relevant certificate from the administrative authority responsible for issuing the act, in accordance with paragraph 4 of article 10 of 3230/2004 (Government Gazette 44/A/2004).

The letter of guarantee is forfeited in favour of the Greek State by decision of the Head of the relevant Regional Tourism Service in order to cover any consumer claims arising from their transactions with the freight forwarding office.
Before issuing the decision to forfeiture the letter of guarantee, the Head of the relevant Regional Tourism Service of the Ministry of Tourism invites the company within a period of not less than one (1) month to settle the financial claims announced against it and proven by official data. The above deadline may be extended for one (1) additional month by decision of the Head of Regional Tourism Service.
If the time limit set has not been exceeded, the relevant act of forfeiture shall be issued without further notice to the person concerned.
The return to the beneficiary of the proceeds of the letter of guarantee issued in favour of the Greek State is made by submitting a final court decision. If there is more than one beneficiary and the amount of the letter of guarantee does not cover all the claims, this shall be reimbursed symmetrically to the beneficiaries.
With the decision of partial or total forfeiture of the letter of guarantee, the company is requested by the relevant Regional Tourism Service to restore it in full within fifteen (15) days from the notification of the above decision.
If the above deadline is exceeded, the Certificate of Compliance with Legal Conditions is revoked by decision of the Head of the relevant Regional Tourism Service. If the company restores in full the amount of the letter of guarantee within a period of three (3) months from the revocation decision, the Certificate of Assistance of legal persons
Conditions are re-allocated without further ado. Otherwise, the procedure for issuing a new Certificate of Compliance with Legal Requirements is followed.
According to para. 3 of Article 3 of No. 798/1912 Ministerial Decision (B 19), this document is submitted to the relevant Regional Tourism Service of the Ministry of Tourism every five years. In case of non-submission, the Certificate of Compliance with Legal Requirements is removed by decision of the Head of the relevant Regional Tourism Service of the Ministry of Tourism.
