Description
The procedure concerns the announcement of practising as a coach of athletes by graduates of SEFAA or TEFAA, IEK, General Secretariat of Sports (GSS) or UEFA coaching schools. Rules concerning a lack of reply from the competent authority and the legal consequences for the use:
Within the period of ninety (90) days, the General Secretariat of Sports may prohibit the pursuit of the profession provided that the person concerned does not obtain the legal conditions or does not obtain assistance from the evidence submitted; after the expiry of that period it is presumed that the person concerned freely pursues the profession of coach (Article 3 of Law No 3919/2011). In such a case, the person concerned may request a certificate from the General Secretariat of Sports (see Article 10 of Law No 3230/2004).

The draft document shall be countersigned by the Head of Department and forwarded for endorsement to the Director of Competitive Sports.
